Marco D'addario's work experience includes various roles in the telecommunications industry.

From 2018 to the present, Marco worked at JMA Wireless as an R&D System Tester & Field Engineer. Marco'sresponsibilities included testing LTE BaseBand systems, optimizing radio performance in customer test environments, and collaborating with the R&D department to suggest improvements.

Prior to JMA Wireless, Marco worked at Ericsson for almost two decades. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Solution Architect, introducing and tuning new radio features in mobile networks across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Marco was also involved in RFQ preparation and high-level design for radio solutions.

During their time at Ericsson, Marco also held various other roles, including Radio Network Consultant for Orange France's swap project, Radio Network Consultant, Radio Network Optimization for AT&T's go to green initiative, Senior RF Engineer, Radio Optimization Technical Coordinator, and RF Design Engineer.

Before Ericsson, Marco briefly worked at Università di Bologna in 1999 in a short-term role.

Marco D'addario has a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. Prior to that, in 1999, they pursued a degree specialization in Radio Communication Engineering from the same university. No specific field of study is provided for either degree.
