Rob Desormier

Rob Desormier is an experienced professional in the field of loss control management, currently serving as the Field Operations Manager for Northeast Operations at JMI Reports since July 2021. In this role, Rob manages the recruitment, training, and oversight of commercial loss control representatives across a wide geographical area from Maine to West Virginia, while also maintaining client relations with various stakeholders in the insurance sector. Prior to joining JMI Reports, Rob was the Director of Field Operations at The UIS Group, Inc. from June 2009 to July 2021, where responsibilities included the recruitment and supervision of insurance loss control consultants. Rob began a career in loss control as a consultant at State Auto Insurance/Patrons Mutual from 2004 to 2009. Educationally, Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Assumption University, earned in 1991.
