Nick Maranda has a diverse background in sports and marketing. Nick currently works as the Vice President of National Sales at JMI Sports, where they oversee sponsorship sales for various collegiate athletics properties. Previously, they were a Sports and Entertainment Sponsorship Consultant at NDM Consulting and the Vice President of Partnerships at the San Diego Loyal Soccer Club, where they successfully negotiated several partnerships. Nick also has experience in partnership and licensing revenue as the Director of Marketing-Partnerships at San Diego Zoo Global. Prior to that, they held various roles at the San Diego Padres, including Manager of Partnership Services and Director of Petco Park Events. Nick's early career includes positions as a Sports Coordinator at the YMCA, a Sports Writer for The Daily Aztec, and an Internet Content Manager for Bettergolf.net.

Nick Maranda received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from San Diego State University, completing their education from 1999 to 2003.
