Ivan Lo

Ivan Lo has extensive work experience in product management, delivery, and customer success. Ivan currently holds the position of Director of Product Management and Delivery at JMIR Publications starting in November 2022. Before that, they worked at BookJane as the Director of Product Delivery from June 2021 to September 2022, and as a Senior Product Manager & Data Owner from December 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, Ivan served as a Product Owner - Manager of Data and Insights, and later as a Manager of Customer Success at eCompliance from May 2017 to September 2019, and from April 2013 to April 2017 respectively. Ivan also worked at Corel Corporation as a Technical Support Manager for Roxio in 2012, and at Rovi in various roles including Senior Technical Support Specialist, Product Lead - Global Customer Care, Technical Lead, Team Lead - TS & IS, and SME - Sonic Products from 2005 to 2012.

Ivan Lo completed a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo from 1996 to 2001. Ivan later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Architecture from Capitol Technology University from 2002 to 2003. Ivan also obtained a certification titled "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" from LinkedIn, however, the exact month of completion is not provided.
