Matt Poland is currently an Account Manager at JMP Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Johnston Equipment as an Inside Sales - Battery Specialist from December 2020 to May 2022. Before that, Matt was a Sales Representative at Rolmaster Conveyors from April 2018 to December 2020. Matt started their career at Blount International, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and Furnace Operator from April 2012 to March 2018. Matt holds an Ontario College Diploma in Marketing from Mohawk College.
