Alex advises clients in a number of sectors (including IT, marketing agencies, logistics, construction and professional services) but has developed a particular specialism for advising property developers on the sale or purchase of special purpose (SPV) property holding companies.
Alex graduated from the University of Brighton before training and qualifying at a boutique corporate firm in London’s West End. Alex joined JMW from a large regional practice.
