Dipesh Shah

Dipesh joined JMW in September 2019 and is tasked with establishing the firm’s Corporate Immigration Department.

Dipesh has practised UK Corporate Immigration Law for over 13 years and provides advice and assistance on applications ranging from Tier 2 Skilled Worker visas, Investor Visa applications, Sole Representative and Innovator Visas to all manner of personal immigration matters.

Prior to joining JMW managed his own specialist UK Corporate Immigration firm where he amassed a large client following comprising of HNW’s, CEO’s and Senior Executives of Multinational firms, Large and SME Corporates, Private and Corporate Banks, Leading Fashion, Music & Sports stars, Senior UK Government Civil Servants, Foreign Diplomats and Members of Nobility.

He has been a member of the Department of International Trade UK Advisory Network for a number of years where he has presented immigration seminars across the world, participated in roundtable meetings and Q&A sessions to promote the UK in conjunction with UK Trade & Investment/Department of International Trade.

He has also represented a number of clients within the UK GREAT CLUB in conjunction with UK Government Ministers within the Department of International Trade & Department of Energy & Climate and senior management within the Home Office (Invitation extended by the Home Office to only 93 individuals worldwide).

Dipesh is a keen golfer and has a passion for amateur boxing.
