Hayley Evans

Hayley joined JMW as a Solicitor in September 2016 and has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial litigation disputes on behalf of a variety of individuals, companies and partnerships. Her particular expertise lies in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, breach of warranty claims and contested debt cases. Hayley also has experience in dealing with High Court Search and Seize Orders. She has acted on behalf of clients who have been served with such orders and has also carried out the role of Supervising Solicitor.
