Holly Holland

Holly’s work includes advising on professional negligence disputes, claims arising out of company insolvency and bankruptcy, breach of directors’ duties and urgent applications for injunctive relief.

She also plays a key role in assisting with large, complex pieces of litigation which include defending a claim for £20 million in the Companies Court, a claim for £1.2 million for breach of contract or unjust enrichment which is being litigated in the Court of Appeal, and assisting insolvency practitioners with the recovery of £9 million owed to customers of a failed foreign exchange company.
