Lynda Williams

Lynda joined JMW in November 2020 as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in the Court of Protection team.

Lynda qualified as a Fellow of CILEx in 2009 and has specialized in Court of Protection work for 11 years.

Lynda works alongside the appointed Deputy, dealing with all aspects of managing the finances of vulnerable clients who have lost capacity to deal with their own property and financial affairs. Lynda has experience working with a varied range of clients including young children and adults with an acquired brain injury and elderly clients with dementia, as well as acting on behalf of claimants who lack capacity in pre-settlement catastrophic injury litigation and the management of interim payments.
