Melissa is a Partner in the Clinical Negligence Department. She joined JMW in 2006 and now runs a runs a caseload of complex claims including cerebral palsy and spinal injury cases.
In 2018 she settled two cerebral palsy cases for more than £22 million, enabling her young clients to have the lifelong specialist care they require.
Melissa is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel which confirms her expertise and experience in her chosen area of law.
