Steven Hargreaves

Steven joined JMW in 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in the Real Estate Commercial Department after completing his training contract at the firm.

Steven has a range of experience in relation to the acquisition, disposal and financing of commercial and residential real estate. He has particular expertise in dealing with new build developments, including site legal setups, and the acquisition and disposal of residential new build properties, including shared ownership and leasehold interests.
