Warren Martin

Warren joined the firm in April 2015 and is the overall Head of Real Estate and full Board member of the firm.

Warren specialises in property finance work and is also the Head of the Real Estate Finance Department alongside Jodi Lund.

Warren has 20 years of experience within the property finance sector acting for high street banks, challenger banks, peer to peer lenders and other specialist lending institutions. This experience covers all the aspects of commercial, residential and development work in both the regulated and unregulated mortgage sectors.

Warren previously spent 15 years at Boote Edgar Esterkin solicitors where he was the Head of Property prior to joining the firm. Whilst there he acquired over a decade of intensive in-house lender focused legal experience stemming from separate instances of working within the same building as two different lenders. This experience has provided Warren with an invaluable insight and understanding into the operations and day to day running of a lending company that informs his approach to his work and team management. Additionally, as part of this time he was involved in the creation and thereafter decade long development of an FCA and CCA approved set of group of lender companies.
