Alex Fitz

Alex Fitz is currently working as an Associate Scientist at Jnana Therapeutics, where they develop Shiny apps for data analysis and visualization, maintain Dashboards, and utilize machine learning algorithms for making predictions. Prior to this role, they worked at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Process Development Associate during the Covid-19 pandemic. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, a Master of Science in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, and they are currently pursuing a PhD in the same field at George Mason University. Prior research experience includes computational support in biological research settings at William & Mary.
