Dr Gemma Harper Obe Facss

Dr Gemma Harper OBE FAcSS is the Chief Executive Officer at Joint Nature Conservation Committee and also serves as Secretary of State appointed Board member at Chilterns Conservation Board (Chilterns AONB). With a background in social psychology, Dr Harper has held various leadership roles in government departments such as the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Justice UK, and UK Home Office. Dr Gemma has extensive experience in marine conservation, food vulnerability, and strategic analysis.
