Neil Zola

Executive MD & Founder at JND Legal Administration

As an Executive Managing Director of JND Legal Administration, Neil has made it his priority to be involved in all aspects of the business, both strategic and operational. At JND he oversees the company’s Securities Administration group and has direct involvement in some of the company’s largest Consumer, Antitrust, and Mass Tort matters including, among many others, the Equifax Data Breach settlement, valued at over $1.3 billion, and the $215 million USC Women’s Health Center Settlement.

Over the course of his career, Neil has personally handled dozens of the largest legal administration projects in the country's history, including the $512 million Auction Houses Antitrust Litigation, $10 billion BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement, $586 million IPO Securities Litigation, $3.05 billion Visa/Mastercard Antitrust Litigation and the $6.15 billion WorldCom Securities Litigation, among many others.

Neil earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he has served on the board of the Alumni Association and has been a featured speaker in their Distinguished Alumni Lecturer Series. He received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
