Scott Lombard is SVP of JND eDiscovery and oversees the comprehensive aspects of the company’s discovery management service, specializing in forensics, eDiscovery, secure hosting, analytics and trial support.
Scott and his team meet in-person with clients to best understand their individual needs and cooperatively devise a strategic plan to optimize their success. Using years of complex litigation experience, he and his team consult and recommend a unique case map for complete data management. These plans may include multiple review teams in various locations, writing and consulting on litigation holds, eDiscovery orders, search terms and hosting for a real-time review. Scott also leads the company’s team of professionals to provide litigation support services on criminal, civil, toxic tort, employment and class action cases. The scope of services include data collection, hosting, processing, scanning, review, coding, trial support and production. Some notable projects that Scott has managed include Calaveras Asbestos cases, DOJ v. Tom Petters and Medtronic v. Globus Medical.
Prior to working in eDiscovery, Scott was an Emerging Markets Officer for DataBuilder/Interwoven in the legal document management industry.
Scott is a well-recognized speaker presenting to attorneys, insurance companies, and businesses regarding litigation support electronic discovery, compliance, risk management and processes.
Scott regularly speaks at conferences such as the Sedona Conference, Insurance Risk Managers Institute, Associated General Contractors, and West Coast Casualty Conference.
Scott received his B.A. in business management at Lacrosse University.
