Christina Oshan

Christina Oshan is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Anagram Ltd since June 2022. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Johnson & Oshan Law PLLC, which has been operational since January 2015, and Co-Founder and General Counsel at Maul Media, Christina has extensive experience in managing legal affairs for creative ventures. Prior to these roles, Christina worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from August 2011 to January 2015, where responsibilities included advising over 50 startups on legal matters and overseeing significant transactions such as Tremor Video's $75M IPO and the Amazon acquisition of ComiXology. Christina holds a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law and a cum laude B.S. in Psychology and Art History from the University of Florida.
