Allyson Davis

Allyson Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Allyson began their career as an Admissions Representative at Lebanon Parks and Recreation in 2014. Allyson then worked as a BSW Intern at The Excel Center (For Adults) and later at Boone County Senior Services in 2016. In 2017, they served as an MSW Intern at Madison Healthcare Center before becoming an MSW intern at Caring Associates Counseling Group in 2018. Allyson then transitioned into a role as a Behavioral Therapist at Adult and Child Health from 2018 to 2019. Allyson then joined PrincetonOne in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, later transitioning to the role of Project Support Specialist until 2023. Currently, Allyson works as a Project Support Specialist at Job.com, where they utilize AI and machine learning to drive recruitment capabilities.

Allyson Davis completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Indianapolis, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at the same institution. Allyson attended the University of Indianapolis from 2017 to 2018 to obtain their master's degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Allyson Davis has obtained several certifications, including Microaggressions in the Workplace, Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism, and Unconscious Bias, all of which were obtained from Traliant in 2022.
