Erin Jonker

Erin Jonker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Staffing Specialist at Dunhill Staffing Systems for a few months before moving on to Medical Staffing Network as an Allied Product Coordinator. In 2009, they joined Knowledge Services as a Program Manager and remained with the company until 2014. From 2014 to 2022, Erin worked at PrincetonOne, where they held various roles including Client Relationship Manager, Recruitment Relationship Manager, and Recruiting Program Manager. Currently, they are working at Job.com as a Recruiting Director, where they collaborate with division leaders to define candidate profiles, implements effective recruitment strategies, and provides coaching and training to internal team members.

Erin Jonker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing at Ball State University from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to workplace dynamics and diversity training. In 2022, they completed certifications in Microaggressions in the Workplace, Cultural Competency & Humility, Diversity, Inclusion, Sensitivity & Racism, and Unconscious Bias from Traliant.
