Wanita Goodwin

Wanita Goodwin is the current Chief Talent Lead at Job Crystal. Wanita has over 19 years of experience in the finance industry. Wanita started their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant at Concorde Travel, where they organised travel reservations for the senior management of BP. In 2001, they joined Ernst & Young as a Manager and provided temporary finance resources to non-audit clients of Ernst & Young. In 2011, Wanita left Ernst & Young to start their own business, Platinum People Recruitment, a niche recruitment agency specialising in financial staff, both permanent and contract. Wanita ran Platinum People Recruitment for 9 years before joining Job Crystal in 2020.

The educational career for Wanita Goodwin would include their obtaining a Bachelor of Business Science in Personnel Management from the University of Cape Town, as well as their matriculation from Pinelands High School.
