Galina Fomina

Galina Fomina has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Galina began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at IMC Agency in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Documatic as a Junior QA Engineer. In 2014, they joined Omnigon Communications LLC as a QA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing tools suggestions based on project's needs, definition of testing strategy based on project scope and requirements, organization of test cases creation process, performing functional, regression, usability, acceptance, smoke, and cross-browser/platform testing of web and mobile applications, search and registration of issues, working with analysis services, writing acceptance criteria, working with development, design, BA, and UX teams to improve quality of product, communication with QA team members, assigning tasks, sports industry application research, manipulating data feeds using Charles Proxy tool, using Cucumber, MonkeyRunner, UI Automator, and Selenium tools to do automation testing, dealing with xCode and Android Studio tools to build projects and check device's logs, and working under Agile and Scrum methodologies. In 2019, they joined both JOB TODAY and The Soft Machine as a QA Engineer.

Galina Fomina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Theirtory of Art from Saint Petersburg State University between 2008 and 2013.
