Rashaun Reason

Rashaun Reason is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently at JobTracks since April 2016, where responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and programs, as well as managing compliance and employee relations. Previously, Rashaun held various HR roles, including at AppleOne Employment Services, where day-to-day recruiting processes were organized, and at Randstad Sourceright US, where the onboarding process for external hires at FOX divisions was coordinated. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at The Mill and as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target, where a range of HR functions were successfully managed. Rashaun holds a B.A. in Business Management from California Coast University and an A.A. in Sociology from West Los Angeles City College.
