Hector Serrano

Hector Serrano has a diverse work experience in the field of design and product development.

Hector began their career at PSA Peugeot Citroën in 2011, where they worked as a Digital & Web Designer until 2012.

In 2013, they joined VS Gamers as a UX/UI Designer and stayed with the company until 2017. During this time, they also worked at ATLAS INFORMATICA S.L., initially as a UX/UI Designer from 2013 to 2014, and later as an Industrial Design Manager from 2015 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Hector worked at Nordea Asset Management as a UX/UI Designer - Digital Solutions, and later as a Digital Manager.

In 2019, they joined JobAdder as a Senior Product Designer and eventually became the Head of Product Design in 2021.

In 2022, Hector became a member of the Design Leadership Forum, where they contribute to advancing the practice of design leadership and fosters a community of design leaders.

Starting in 2023, they are also working as a Design Mentor at adplist.org.

Overall, Hector Serrano has gained extensive experience in product design, UX/UI design, digital management, and design leadership throughout their career.

Hector Serrano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, and Multimedia Technologies from CEADE Leonardo, Professional School of Design and Communication, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in 3D Animation, Digital Post-Production, and Non-Linear Editing at CICE Escuela Profesional de Nuevas Tecnologías from 2010 to 2011.
