Thomas Higgins

Thomas Higgins is a Director of Learning Experience at JobAdder, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Global Learning Solutions Director at Rise Up from 2022 to 2024, and as a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant at Netex Learning from 2019 to 2021. Thomas also worked as an e-Learning Manager at Good e-Learning from 2013 to 2019, and began their career in design as a Graphic/Interactive Designer and later Lead Designer at Growth Engineering Ltd from 2011 to 2012. They are a graduate of the University of Wales Institute Cardiff and Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari.
