Thomas Higgins is a Director of Learning Experience at JobAdder, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Global Learning Solutions Director at Rise Up from 2022 to 2024, and as a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant at Netex Learning from 2019 to 2021.
