Carlos Armengol Villalba

Carlos Armengol Villalba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the US CEO at Jobandtalent since August 2022, Carlos previously held several significant roles at CoverWallet, an Aon company, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Customer Strategy and Customer Success. Prior to that, Carlos worked at McKinsey & Company as a Jr Engagement Manager and Consultant, and at Abengoa as an Operations Technician focusing on concentrated solar power plants. Carlos holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from both Universidad de Sevilla and Technische Universität Graz.
