Christof has worked in renowned companies such as World Economic Forum, Job&Talent, Trafi, Paddle8 Holdings LLC, Zalando SE, McKinsey & Company, and Mondelēz International. Schminke has a proven track record of successfully positioning companies for global recognition and achieving significant revenue growth. Their expertise lies in reshaping industries through innovative strategies and harnessing technology. Christof has also delivered lectures on smart mobility management as a guest lecturer at the University of St.Gallen.

Christof Schminke attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration. In 2003, they also briefly studied Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
