Uri Saranga

Uri Saranga has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Uri'smost recent position is as the VP of Engineering at Jobandtalent since December 2022. Previously, they held roles such as VP R&D and Head of Engineering at Playtika from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading the engineering of a top-grossing game with millions of players across multiple platforms. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at Avante.com.vc from 2017 to 2019 and held the position of Director R&D (VP Level) at Payoneer from 2015 to 2016. Uri also has experience as an R&D Group Leader at PLAYWISE and R&D Infra Team Leader at EZface, ltd. Uri started their career as a Senior Technical Leader at Pelephone after founding their own company, Divuhon. Initially, Uri worked as a freelance VB Developer.

Uri Saranga obtained a BA in Psychology and Management from the Open University, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they received a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in October 2013.
