Dusan Koljensic

Dusan Koljensic is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Product Design - Win Work and Consultant in AI Marketing Product at Jobber since March 2025. Prior to this role, Dusan held prominent positions at Toast as the Head of Product Design for Customer Experience and Core Products Software & Hardware from March 2020 to February 2025. Dusan was previously the VP and Head of Design at Fidelity Investments’ Fidelity Labs, where contributions included building a creative organization focused on supporting startups. At CVS Health, Dusan established the Enterprise Pharmacy UX team, leading the Mobile Center of Excellence. Dusan’s earlier experience includes directing the Global Experience Design Practice at SapientNitro and founding Artmedialab, which provided UX and digital design services. Dusan's academic contributions as an Assistant Professor at the Massachusetts College of Art involved developing courses in Information Architecture and Interaction Design. Dusan holds an MFA in Dynamic Media and a BFA in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
