James Lowe has a diverse range of work experience that spans over many years. James began their career in 2003 as a Senior Sales Associate/Assistant Manager at Bell and later worked as a National Account Manager at Vicinity by Rogers. In 2015, they joined Joist (Start-up) as a Customer Success Manager, where they onboarded and managed a portfolio of contractors and closed home improvement projects.

James then took on the role of Event Coordinator/Founder at Original Concepts Entertainment from 2006 to 2016, where they created and managed various events while contracting and leading a team of professionals.

In 2016, they joined Prodigy Game as a Customer Success & Training Manager and later became a Senior Customer Success Manager. James played a key role in increasing active users and revenue, and also implemented training programs and events.

From 2018 to 2020, James worked as the Director of Acquisition and Customer Success at Squiggle Park, where they led client-facing teams, expanded user base, and secured partnerships with school districts.

James then joined Filestage in 2020 as the Head of Customer Success & Support, where they reduced revenue churn, increased MRR through expansion revenue, and managed a remote team across multiple continents.

In 2021, James held the position of Director of Customer Success at Venngage and was responsible for creating strategies to reduce churn and increase revenue. James also built and managed a customer success team and contributed to the hiring of several important positions.

Currently, James is the Director of Customer Success (onboarding & retention) at Jobber, a position they started in 2023.

James Lowe holds a Marketing Certificate from Ryerson University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. James has also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate of completion from Jobber in 2023, and certifications in Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Scrum: The Basics, and Managing Up from LinkedIn in 2018 and 2017 respectively.
