Jeremy Opara

Jeremy Opara is the current Telesales Lead at Jobberman. Prior to this, they held the position of Telesales Team Lead at Jumia Nigeria from November 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for supervising a team of telesales associates, coaching proactive selling techniques, and developing sales strategies. Jeremy also participated in the formulation and implementation of SOPs and work plans. Additionally, they monitored calls for quality assurance and provided customer service.

Before their role at Jumia Nigeria, Jeremy was the Site Project Manager at Gerrard and Schauser Ltd from May 2016 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish. Jeremy oversaw all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Additionally, they ensured that all projects were completed on time and within budget.

Jeremy began their career as a Corps Liaison Officer at the National Youth Service Corps from June 2015 to April 2016. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating activities between the NYSC and local organizations. Jeremy also provided support to Corps members during their service year.

Jeremy Opara completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from Abia State University.
