Lillian Pedersen

Lillian Pedersen has over 15 years of experience as a Projektleder at Jobcenter Esbjerg, where Lillian focuses on JOB-VEU and upskilling projects within the energy and offshore sectors, coordinating efforts with labor market partners to develop future workforce and apprenticeships. Prior to this role, Lillian served as a Jobkonsulent at Arbejdsformidlingen from 1992 to 2007, providing support and guidance in job placement services. Lillian holds a diplommodul in communication and guidance from UC SYD, a Handelseksamen from Esbjerg Handelsskole, and a Samfundssproglig student degree from Esbjerg Gymnasium.
