Carlos Pimenta has been working in the IT industry since 1985. Carlos started their career as a System Analyst at M.Roscoe S.A. Eng. Ind. Com in 1985. In 1992, they moved to Cedro Textil as a DBA. In 2001, they became the IT Manager at Editora Fórum. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Client Services Manager at Sword-Nextech, where they were responsible for coordinating Quality and Development's teams, ensuring the proper allocation of resources aiming the success on projects implementation, as well as managing the support team and assessing and improving operational processes in an IT organization. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Support Manager at JobCTRL Inc.

Carlos Pimenta attended UNI BH from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Comunicação Social with a field of study in Publicidade e Propaganda. Carlos also attended Fundação Dom Cabral from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Carlos has obtained several certifications from Celonis in 2022, including Monitor KPIs in Analysis Dashboards, Solution Creation Fundamentals, Deliver Business Value with Celonis, Manage Change and Scale Adoption, Review and Interpret Analyses, Celonis Foundations, Build Analyses - Basics, and Process Mining - From Theory to Execution.
