Ashley Andes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and operations management. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiting and Operations Manager at JobGet since November 2024, Ashley previously held a series of progressive roles at Snagajob from September 2013 to November 2024, culminating in the position of Senior Manager, Recruiting and Operations. In these roles, Ashley successfully led recruitment efforts, managed campaigns, and provided training and reporting for the team. Prior to Snagajob, Ashley worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager at Snipes Properties, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 100 properties and performing various property management tasks. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, earned between 2003 and 2007.
