Alex Hernandez has been involved in a variety of roles since 2011. Alex started with Eurostaff - Connecting Europe as a Senior Recruiter Oracle & Siebel Europe, where they achieved 200K of new business written value in their first 10 months and 2nd best rookie Award. Alex was promoted to Team Leader IT Contracts Recruitment | France & Belgium, where they managed a team of four consultants and increased the team contractors from 17 to 45 in 24 months. In 2018, they became an Investor & Business Advisor at MonitoHR, where they helped companies to track their HR Data, hire better, and improve employee retention. In 2021, they became a Business Mentor at IE Business School. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder & Sales Director at Jobgether, a company that was "born and raised" during Covid times. Alex also became a Co-Founder at EU4UA.org, an Investor at Time for the Planet, a Member at FrenchFounders, and a Lauréat at Réseau Entreprendre.

Alex Hernandez has obtained several degrees and certifications throughout their educational history. In 2008, they earned a Master in International Business/Trade/Commerce from iaelyon School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2007. In addition, they obtained two Licences from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2005, one in Economics and one in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. More recently, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in October 2019, one in Développer la motivation et l'engagement des employés and one in S'organiser et gérer son temps avec les outils libres.
