Natalia Bogdan is the CEO and Founder of Jobhouse recruitment agency, where responsibilities include customer needs assessment, strategy implementation, and team management, resulting in over 15,000 successful job placements and numerous awards. In addition to leading Jobhouse, Natalia serves as a Mentor at RekruMasters, developing an end-to-end recruitment course, and as a Lecturer at Kozminski University, teaching "Image in Recruitment." Previously, Natalia gained extensive experience at OTTO Work Force, ascending through various positions to Branch Manager, and initially worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at Hades Ltd.
