Andriy Jobian has a background in co-founding technology companies in the HR and WorkTech fields. In 2018, they co-founded 2HR Tech, where they developed software solutions for HR, managed full-cycle recruitment for clients, conducted interviews, and actively sourced candidates for open positions. In 2021, Andriy became a co-founder of JOBIAN, a WorkTech company focused on creating an automated smart process for search, communication, and hiring staff, using ML and AI algorithms. JOBIAN aims to build a comprehensive ecosystem for the interaction of migrant workers, employers, and providers of goods and services globally. The role and tenure at JOBIAN are ongoing.

Andriy Jobian attended the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2007 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in International Business.

Jobian is a Recruit Tech project which gives the opportunity to conduct worldwide search and employment quickly, efficiently and securely using AI and ML. Ecosystem Jobian provides all stages of employment and service, helps the migrant workers to adjust themselves easily abroad. According to the surveys, 8,45 million of Ukrainians consider theopportunity of labour migration abroad. Jobian solves the following problems:- mutual distrust between the parties to labour migration;- low legal awareness of the workers;- non-compliance with the stated professional competences.We have practical experience in field of traditional recruiting abroad. Our system of hi-tech-recruitment optimizes the traditional recruiting. We supervise and guide the applicant at all stages of employment & living abroad. We conduct a screening of the parties for compliance with the criteria.Jobian's calling is to change the existing system and create a safe and legal way of overseas employment for migrant workers and employers, to restore confidence in recruiting companies, to reduce the percentage of victims of employment fraud and to help people find better and more profitable jobs.
