Jennifer Reddoor Holman has over 25 years of professional work experience. Jennifer Reddoor began their career in 1992 as the Safety Director/Human Resources at MPI - Marion Plastics Inc., where they managed 150 employees and ensured they were trained annually in all areas of safety. From 1994 to 1996 they worked at American Express as a Credit Risk Analyst/Customer Service Director, where they analyzed credit bureaus and income data for credit eligibility. In 1996, they became a Direct Sales Representative for Boise Cascade Office Supplies, where they achieved the #1 sales ranking for multiple quarters. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at FleetBoston Financial as a Senior Loan Closer, where they were responsible for reviewing and analyzing overall borrower data to calculate closing/funding figures. In 2000, they began working at CHG Healthcare as a Senior Account Executive, where they promoted temporary physician staffing services to C-Level Executives and consistently exceeded annual sales targets. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as Co-Owner of Journey Medical Staffing. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Canopy, Inc. as an SDR Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Sales Account Executive at JobNimbus and an Enterprise Brand Strategist at Narvar.
