Lj Kyser

LJ Kyser currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at JobNimbus since May 2025. Previously, LJ held the position of VP of Engineering at Vanco from December 2020 to May 2025, leading engineering teams focused on the childcare market. Before Vanco, LJ was the CTO at SmartCare from November 2013 until its acquisition by Vanco, overseeing all product development and deployment. Prior to that, LJ was the Director of Engineering for Mobile and Product at MX and co-founded MoneyReef, serving as CTO until its acquisition in 2012. LJ's early career included co-founding DataReef and working as a Software Engineer at Satori Software and Eclipse Marketing, among other roles. LJ earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington between 2007 and 2009.
