Mark Novakovich

Mark Novakovich is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at JobNimbus since August 2023. Previously, Mark held the CFO position at Protegrity from July 2021 to August 2023, focusing on data security amidst evolving privacy regulations. Mark's leadership at XANT and Control4 resulted in significant revenue growth and margin improvements. At Control4, Mark also played a critical role as Vice President of Finance in the company’s successful public offering in 2013. Mark's advisory experience includes serving on the CFO Advisory Board of Silicon Valley Bank and holding a chair position on the Board of Directors for South Valley Sanctuary. Mark began a career in finance at I-Link and Lineo, with a foundational role at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mark graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
