Shawn Twede has been in the IT industry since 2015. Shawn began their career as a System Administrator, Service Desk Supervisor, Asset Management Team Lead, and Service Desk Analyst at the Missionary Training Center. In this role, they provided first tier technical computer support to over 2,500 employees and service volunteers, identified, isolated, and repaired computer hardware and software, and conducted routine preventative maintenance checks to over 5,000 machines. In 2019, they moved to Executech as an IT Consultant. In 2020, they joined TEKsystems as an Application Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at JobNimbus as an IT Manager.
Shawn Twede obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Utah Valley University between 2015 and 2020. Shawn also holds two certifications from LinkedIn: CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 2: Microprocessing and RAM, obtained in January 2021, and CompTIA A+ (220-1001) Cert Prep 1: The Basics, obtained in November 2020.
