Ivan Ruiz

Ivan Ruiz, MBA, is an accomplished executive manager with extensive experience in recruitment and healthcare. Currently at Jobot since November 2019, Ivan spearheaded the growth of the Healthcare division, achieving the highest contingency placement in the company's history. Previously, Ivan held various roles at Emerald Health Services from June 2013 to October 2019, including Recruiting Manager, where consistent top performance was maintained. Ivan began a professional career at EDMC and AIU Online, transitioning from admissions roles to recruiting, and developed financial expertise as a Treasury Analyst at BMO Capital Markets. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lake Forest College and an MBA with a focus on Finance from Argosy University.
