Karyn Spies is an accomplished executive manager and recruiter with extensive experience in the staffing industry. Currently serving as Executive Manager at Jobot since April 2022, Karyn has achieved the prestigious 2023 CEO Club ranking, earning recognition as the #26 top recruiter out of over 700 candidates, and previously ranked #3 for Rookie of the Year in 2022. Prior to Jobot, Karyn held key roles at MATRIX Resources, where accolades included Rookie of the Year and Performer of the Year in the Southeast Region. Karyn began a successful career at Thompson Technologies, receiving the Chairman’s Circle Award for three consecutive years as a top account executive.
