Noel Andrews

Noel Andrews is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the IT and hiring sectors. As the Owner and CEO of Jobrack since 2015, Noel has established the only online hiring service dedicated to sourcing talent from Eastern Europe. In addition to this role, Noel serves as Operations Director at The Rank Group plc. Previous leadership positions include CEO of Interview Confident, IT Operations Director at Travelodge Hotels Limited, and various senior roles at Flybe, including Head of Business Change and Governance. Noel's educational background includes a BEng Hons in Aerospace Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire.
