Indre Kaikare

Indre Kaikare is the Founder & CEO of jobRely, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Surfshark from January 2018 to May 2019. Indre was also the Vilnius Chapter Director at Startup Grind from 2016 to 2019. From February 2015 to February 2017, they worked as the Business Development Manager at Talentify Co. Before that, they gained experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at People Link from 2011 to 2015.

Indre Kaikare has a diverse education history. In 2007 and 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from ESC – Toulouse Business School in France. Indre then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vilniaus Universiteto Verslo Mokykla (Vilnius University Business School) from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2014, Indre completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Political Science at Vilniaus universitetas (Vilnius University). In 2019, Indre attended Stanford University where they participated in a Summer Session focused on Neuroscience, Minds & Machines, and Anthropology.
