Yudian Zheng

Yudian Zheng has a diverse work experience in machine learning and technology companies. They started their career as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research and later at Google, where they focused on data management and structured data. Yudian then joined Twitter, where they held multiple roles including Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Senior Machine Learning Engineer, and Tech-Lead. At Twitter, they were responsible for developing and optimizing various components and services related to ads ranking, feature extraction, and machine learning model prediction. Yudian also worked at News Break as the Head of Local Feed, leading a team to improve local news recommendations using advanced machine learning techniques. Currently, Yudian is a Co-Founder of Jobright.ai and previously served as an Advisor and Investor at a stealth startup.

Yudian Zheng earned a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2017. During 2015, Yudian Zheng was a Visiting Student at Tsinghua University, studying Computer Science. Prior to that, Yudian Zheng obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from Nanjing University from 2009 to 2013. Yudian Zheng also attended Tianjin YaoHua High School from 2005 to 2008. In addition, Yudian Zheng obtained a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2019.
