Lisa Carlton

Lisa Carlton serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas since January 2019. With extensive experience in human resources, Lisa has been an active SHRM Volunteer for the Kansas Society of Human Resource Professionals since 2006. Prior to the current role, Lisa held the position of Director of Compensation & Benefits/HRIS/Payroll at Stormont Vail Health from December 1999 to January 2019. Lisa holds an MBA in Business from Baker University, completed in 2009, and possesses multiple degrees from Missouri Southern State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, along with degrees in Management and Computer Programming.
