Keith Rosser

Keith Rosser is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in pre-employment vetting and risk management. At REED, Keith serves as Director of Reed Screening and Director Group Risk, successfully growing the business from inception to over £7 million in annual turnover and employing over 150 staff. Keith has also founded and led various organizations, including REED Screening, which became the UK's fifth largest screening business. In addition to roles at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Lancaster University Management School, and multiple non-executive board positions, Keith chairs the Better Hiring Institute and SAFERjobs, focusing on improving hiring practices and protecting job seekers. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Aston University and a BA in Literature from the University of Worcester.
