Matt Cybulski

Matt Cybulski is a seasoned professional in the field of economic development, currently serving as the Managing Director of Energy and Chemicals at JobsOhio since July 2011. In this role, Matt oversees the Energy and Chemicals sector across Ohio, working closely with various companies in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Previous positions held include Director of Shale Energy & Petrochemicals, where Matt focused on site selection and incentive negotiation, and Director of Project Management, which saw record project wins in 2015. Earlier experience includes roles at the Ohio Department of Development, Will County Center for Economic Development, and Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce. Matt holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, both from West Virginia University.
