Bhavit Naik

Bhavit Naik has extensive work experience in the areas of product engineering, technology solutions, recruitment software, and real estate development. Bhavit started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at Synergia Bio Sciences, where they designed, developed, and implemented the "Synergia Planner" software used to manage tenders, purchase orders, price planning, and export shipment planning. In 2004, they joined the family business, Ramcons Realtors Pvt. Ltd., as a Director. Here, they headed projects and was involved in liaising with government departments for regulatory compliances and coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. In 2009, they became the Director of Ramcons Resorts India Pvt. Ltd. In 2013, they co-founded Teknorix, a global product engineering and technology solutions company. Bhavit helped companies accelerate digital transformation initiatives and scale their business, while also helping startups and product companies scale their ideas into next generation products. In 2016, they co-founded Jobsoid Inc., a cloud-based recruitment software used by 2000+ companies across 90+ countries worldwide.

Bhavit Naik obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science & Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Kolhapur between 1999 and 2003.
